Refund policy

We want you to be confident when shopping with us online. Please review the following guidelines for online purchases.

Return Eligibility

  • Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unsharpened, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sharpened, baked, or mounted skates

  • Worn protective equipment

  • Undergarments, base layers, mouthguards, or hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items

Return Process

  • Customers must contact Chilly’s Pro Shop prior to returning merchandise to receive return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing.

  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to return shipping fees.

Chilly’s Pro Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
